Here at Trinity we provide extensive end of life care to patients, and we are THE local hospice for Blackpool, the Fylde and Wyre. We can care for up to 20 adult patients in our main hospice, alongside 15 day care patients. Our building also includes Brian House Children's Hospice. Trinity Hospice's mission is to provide compassionate care on the journey towards the end of life: by 2020 we want everyone on the Fylde Coast to have access to good end of life care; whether they are in the hospice, in hospital, in a residential nursing home or in their own home. ▼

Uncle Ken was a lovely, gentle, kind man. He was such an amazing support to my mum when my dad died. Our thoughts are with Susan, Linda and the rest of the family. Love Sarah, Stephen and Connie.
