Trinity Hospice & Palliative Care Services
Trinity Hospice & Palliative Care Services

Here at Trinity we provide extensive end of life care to patients, and we are THE local hospice for Blackpool, the Fylde and Wyre. We can care for up to 20 adult patients in our main hospice, alongside 15 day care patients. Our building also includes Brian House Children's Hospice. Trinity Hospice's mission is to provide compassionate care on the journey towards the end of life: by 2020 we want everyone on the Fylde Coast to have access to good end of life care; whether they are in the hospice, in hospital, in a residential nursing home or in their own home.

RNLI
RNLI

The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea. We provide a 24-hour lifeboat search and rescue service around the coasts of the UK and RoI, as well as a seasonal lifeguard service on many of the busiest beaches in England and Wales. Volunteers are the heart of the RNLI. We rely on more than 40,000 volunteers - on lifeboats, at stations, on beaches, and in fundraising. Some crew members and most lifeguards are full time. They work with other staff to ensure comprehensive safety coverage around our islands. The RNLI is an independent charity with a board of volunteer trustees.
