Thank you for all the care and compassion shown during this extremely difficult period.The care and attention given to Tracey I can’t thank you enough. She was treated as if you were dealing with your own family as was I. At no time did it ever feel like you were just doing a job and it was part of it.

Through the whole process I felt included in all the processes which helped so much.All of the little touches also helped to ease the pain.

Thank you so much for everything. I am also so glad I picked you to care for Tracey and look after her on her last journey,

I couldn’t have chosen better.

On behalf of the family of the late Mrs Jesse Adams I would just like to say a very big thank you to all the team who looked after my mum. From ringing up through the nioght of New Years Eve the lads who came out were very professional and respectful, to Anthony for organising all of the arrangements. We were in no doubt that we had picked the best company in Blackpool. The feedback from family who came from out of town was it was just perfect, what more could we ask for. Mum looked lovely and peaceful and the horses and carridge was just the final touch. It was a pleasure to deal with you and you made a very sad time a lot easier to manage.

Dear Jack

Many ,many thanks for giving us such a tremendous tribute to Christine. Everything flowed like clockwork and was just what she wanted, happiness, smiles and singing.

The little touches such as the photo on the easel which I hadn’t expected and the tissues in the cars showed your thoughtfulness and expertise.

The choice of Ian was excellent and he led the tribute beautifully..

The comments we received after were full of praise.

I just want to thank Rebecca for the wonderful way that Terry’s funeral was conducted at Lytham Park Crem on Thursday, I have to say I thought she was amazing, the arrangements were sensitive and professional.

All your staff was very kind and very understanding throughout the day. The communication up to the funeral was excellent and very professional and we felt happy that Terry was well looked after. Thank you so much for making the day go as well as it did. I think Rebecca has a great future.
