Dear Anthony

Many thanks to you and your colleagues for making the funeral a memorable one. The situation at the moment must be making things very difficult for you all.

I think starting from Delaheys was a good decision and I know the patients really appreciated it.

The service at the crematorium was dignified & memorable. Rev. Phillips ministrations were dignified with some added humour to lighten the mood. The family who were all from down south were suitably impressed, for which I am truly thankful.

I picked my dad up this afternoon and would again like to thank everybody at Hollowells for there complete and utter thoughtful, compassionate and professional service in your dealings regarding my Father, as for yourself Anthony I cannot thank you enough in how the little touches that you yourself provided gave me such a sense trust and belief in what you stated you would do , if I see you out it’s my round. Thank you again So in the nicest way I hope I don’t have to see you or deal with Hollowells again for a long time !

Thanks so much for what you did for us. Everything was excellent, and made a very distressing time so much easier. Many of the mourners said how beautifully things were done. At this time of covid, the order of service (so beautifully produced) was particularly helpful, and I was able to send them to those who could not attend.

I would highly recommend you anyone else.

Good morning Kyle

I just wanted to write and thank you for the support and advice you and your colleagues have given over to me over the last two weeks. This has helped me manage my aunt’s passing and to give her the right send off.

Thank you for being attentive to detail. It’s been comforting to know you’ve all been there to assist and provide information not only about ‘the process’ but also with options . Your suggestion about David to deliver the service was excellent. He is a lovely gentleman who’s approach matched with the family’s requirements. Again, I’m so pleased with how everything went.
